It's been a long time since the Camaro concept was unveiled. Lucky for us, this modern muscle car hasn't hardly changed at all with the official production version. The 2010 Chevrolet Camaro ($TBA; Q1 2009) will initially come in three rather stunning models — LS, LT, and SS. The LS and LT will be powered by a 300-hp 3.6L V6, while the SS will pack either a beefy 422-hp 6.2L LS3 V8 (manual 6-speed) or a 400-hp 6.2L L99 V8 (automatic 6-speed with GM's fuel-saving Active Fuel Management). Features include 4-wheel disc brakes (4-piston Brembo calipers on SS), Stabilitrak stability control system, ultrasonic rear parking assist, OnStar, and Bluetooth phone connectivity. An RS appearance package will be available on the LT and SS, which includes HID headlamps with integrated halo rings, spoiler, specific taillamps and 20-inch wheels. [More Photos]
While not as green as, say, the Tesla Roadster, the Lotus Eco Elise ($TBA) does its part by replacing a number of the car's materials with sustainable, eco-friendly alternatives. These include hemp, eco wool, and sisal in the car's body and trim, as well as a new high-tech, water-based paint that provides a great finish. In addition, the material changes reduce the car's weight by 70 pounds, while solar panels in the hard top help power the electrical systems.

End your dependency on gasoline with the Honda FCX Clarity ($600/month; Summer 2008). This next-generation fuel cell vehicle runs on hydrogen, which allows it to emit only water instead of nasty fumes. It has a driving range of up to 280 miles, and offers the equivalent of 74 mpg thanks to the entirely-new Honda V Flow fuel cell platform on which its based. Unfortunately, hydrogen stations aren't exactly commonplace, which is why sales of the vehicle are limited to SoCal for now. Still, if you're looking to do your part for the environment, it's about as green as you can get.
